Website Navigation

The Top bar of Navigation: will move you quickly through the: registration process, viewing your profile, logging in and out, company info, customer services, advertising info, and the help info.

Registration: To make a purchase on ExTFB.com for the first time a profile/account must be setup. Setup a new profile by clicking on the link in the top bar labeled ‘Register’. Fill in the form accordingly, pressing the ‘Create Account’ button at the bottom of the form. Keep your new login information in a safe place.

This Information is stored and encrypted on a secure server and allows you to take advantage of savings and website functions. For further information on our Privacy Policy that protects our customers and their information click here.

Login/Logout: To login and use your account select ‘Login’ from the top navigation bar. Fill in the correct user name and password. After creating a new account you will be automatically logged in. To logout after you are finished shopping click on the ‘Logout’ link. Click here if you forgot your password and we will e-mail it to you promptly.

Your Profile: Once Logged in, you can select the ‘Profile’ link in the top navigation to view and change you profile/account information. Change the information if necessary and press the ‘Update Address’ button or the ‘Submit’ button if changing your login info.

Catalog Navigation

The Catalog Navigation: tabs will move you quickly through all the product categories and back to the home page.

Home tab: Use the ‘Home’ link to get to the home page. On the home page, the ‘Top 5!’ products, sale items, and the ‘What’s New?’ section can be viewed.

All category tabs: By rolling you mouse cursor over the desired category tab/name a list of the sub-category will be displayed. You can either select the main category name or the sub-category and go there directly.

Product Search

Searching: Can’t find what you’re looking for? To make things even easier and faster, try our product search bar or try our advance search to make it even easier.

Search: Enter the product information into the search box in the gray bar labeled ‘Search’. Click on the ‘Go’ button and your results will quickly be listed.

Advanced Search: Once you select the advanced search button you will have more choices to search with.

- Name Contains: will search all of our product names.
- Description Contains: will search all of our product descriptions.
- Keyword Contains: will search all of our product keywords.
- Price Range: will search all of the products within the selected   price range.

Viewing a Specific Product?

Product View: Once you have selected a product by clicking on the image or the link beside the image a detailed product page will be displayed.

Product Name, ID, Price, and Options: At the top of the page the product title/name is displayed, then the List price or the Sale price, and also the Shipping price per item. If there are any options for that specific product the options will be displayed in a dropdown window.
If displayed one option must be selected before the item can be added to the shopping cart. The Product ID is displayed below the pricing information and the product options on the product details page view. (i.e. Mercedes Silver Special M - Floating Globe(#101027))

Product Controls: The product controls help you do various functions involving the selected product.

- View Features: When selected it will quickly take you directly to the product’ Features.
- View Shipping Info: When selected it will quickly take you directly to the products shipping information.
- Print Product Info: When selected it will quickly allow you to print the selected items picture and information.
- E-mail to a Friend: When selected it open a new window allowing you to send a friend a link to the product you are viewing.
- Add to Cart: When selected it will quickly add the selected item to the shopping card. For further ordering information see ‘Help making a purchase?’
- Add to Wish-List: When selected it will add the selected item to your Wish-List. This will only work if you have a profile/account setup with ExTFB.com and you are currently logged in.
- Click for More Pictures: When selected it will quickly display the other images/pictures for the selected product.

Help Making a Purchase?

Making a purchase at ExTFB.com was designed to be easy and fast. If you have any trouble that reading through this doesn’t solve don’t hesitate to contact us and a friendly customer services agent will see if they can help. Ordering for the first time on ExTFB.com requires little effort.

Registration - (new customers only): First step is to setup a profile/account by clicking on the ‘Register’ link in the top black navigation. After creating a profile you can receive: saving, product release information, site personalization, and access to account information at ExTFB.com. You only have to do this once before or at the time of the first purchase. Keep your new login information in a safe place. For further information on our ‘Privacy Policy’ click here.

Filling your cart -: Find the products (more info on Searching) you would like to purchase and add them to your cart by clicking on the ‘Add to Cart’ button next to the specific product information. Be sure to select the correct options (if available) for the certain product.

Change Quantity and Review Pricing: After adding the item to the cart (or by clicking on the ‘View You Cart’ button in the navigation) you will have the option to change the quantity of the product(s) selected. To change the number of the specific product enter the correct quantity and click on the ‘Update Quantities’ button.

Continue Shopping or Head to the Checkout: You may now either select the ‘Continue Shopping’ link and add more great products to your shopping cart or click on to the ‘Check Out’ link to continue finishing the order. Once in the ‘Check Out’, you’ll notice there are no lineups and you’re in your underwear! Two more quick steps and your finished.

Check Out

1. Shipping Information: If you are shipping the product(s) to yourself then all the information is filled out for you automatically with the information you have provided from your profile. If you are not shipping to yourself this may mean some lucky buggers getting a great gift? All you have to do, is click on the ‘Clear Info’ button and enter the new information. Hit the ‘Set Shipping Information’ button and now it’s time for the billing information.

2. Billing information: Some of the billing information is automatically filled in from the information you entered in your profile. Verify and complete the billing information, also entering your age (for your safety the age is verified with the information in your profile to help confirm that someone is not making fraudulent charges to your account), and Billing Method and information. After you have confirmed the information is correct and you have viewed the ‘Conditions of Use’ click on the ‘Click Here For Secure Payment’ button. A confirmation page will be displayed and your order ID will be given, write the order number down for your records.
