Shipping Policy:

Shipping is normally via AIT Freight, Exel Freight, or Admiral Freight 2-5 days from order receipt.

All TVs and monitors must be checked for shipping damages with 24 hours of receipt. Please check for any shipping damage before signing the bill of landing or receipt. Any merchandise slowing external damages (i.e. a cracked screen) occurring as a result of shipping should be rejected and notify us at 1-866-208-TOYS.

NOTE: Most Plasma TV's/Displays may have difficulties at elevations of 5,000ft or more. NEC products are rated for 9,000ft elevation. Also prolonged viewing of images may cause image burnin on a plasma TV/Display. Avoid leaving stagnant images such as, TV station banners and video games on the screen for prolonged periods of time.
