Who says going uphill is painful? Well I did too, until I saw the new MotoSk8®.
Now I'm tempted to to find the biggest! These things will not only get everyone
looking, but will even have them chasing you down to find out where you got
them.
Motosk8's® are made in the USA by computerized machinery and are designed
to withstand your inline skating needs.
Motosk8's® weigh approximately 16lbs per pair and can support up to 300lbs
of adrenaline driven skater! The weight of the engine does not inhibit your
skating ability and the skills can be picked up quickly.
One skate is powered by a 22.5cc two-stroke engine and a precision gear
drive this makes it possible to achieve a speed of approximately 25mph. Acceleration
is then controlled by a hand held throttle cable assembly and braking by a standard
inline drag brake. MotoSk8®'s use premixed unleaded gasoline and can average
over 100mpg. Run out of fuel, no problem, just free skate to your destination.
Boots are interchangeable to meet your skating style and the wheels can be easily
replaced. A replacement drive wheel can be purchased through customer services.
Motosk8ers vary from the extreme sports enthusiast specializing in jumps,
tricks, stunts, and racing to just a comfortable cruise on a nice day. Whatever
your style, Motosk8's® are an exhilarating experience.
A little history: In Oakdale, California the sport of inline skating
has evolved to a new extreme! Tim Gendle a native Californian has invented
the Motosk8®.
This motorized marvel has won first place in the category of technical excellence
in the prestigious Bulbie & Inventions Award Ceremony. The Motosk8®
comes in the standard model that goes 25 mph and the high performance
model that goes at a screaming 35mph (see the High Performance MotoSkate on
our site). Articles about the MotoSk8® have appeared in various News
papers, magazines such as Inline, Popular Mechanics, Weekly Reader just to name
a few. TV appearances on Real TV, Ripleys Believe it or not, Planet X and also
several News Programs in the United States have run feature segments on the
MotoSk8®.
